Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Request information: your delivery email, decision question, optional public product URL, and any follow-up answers or materials you choose to provide.
• Order information: product, amount, payment status, order identifier, billing country, and related transaction metadata supplied by Waffo. We do not receive or store your complete card number.
• Communications: emails and support messages relating to your application, order, delivery, corrections, or deletion request.
• Basic technical information: device or browser type, IP-derived security data, page interactions, and server logs used to operate, measure, and protect the website.

2. Please do not send sensitive or confidential data

Use public product links where possible. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, private customer records, confidential employee data, trade secrets, or information you do not have the right to share. If limited non-public business data is necessary, summarize or anonymize it first.

3. How we use information

• Assess whether your question fits the Decision Brief service.
• Process and reconcile the order, conduct the requested research, and deliver the PDF.
• Ask follow-up questions, provide support, correct problems, and handle deletion or refund requests.
• Protect the service against spam, abuse, fraud, and security threats.
• Maintain transaction, tax, accounting, and compliance records where required.
• Understand aggregate product usage and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information or use your submitted decision question to build advertising profiles.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share information only when needed to operate the Service, including with hosting, email, security, analytics, and payment providers. Waffo Pancake processes checkout and payment information as our merchant-of-record provider under the Waffo Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our terms, protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transfer. We do not authorize service providers to use your information for their own unrelated marketing.

5. Retention

We keep request, working, delivery, and correspondence records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, resolve disputes, improve quality, prevent abuse, and meet legal, tax, accounting, and payment obligations. Retention may differ by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where reasonably possible.

6. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for those transfers.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. To request deletion of an application, return to the Decision Brief form, enter the delivery email used in the request, and choose “Request deletion of an application.” You may also reply to any application, order, or delivery email from FeedMonitor.

We may need to verify that the requesting email belongs to you. Some transaction or compliance records may be retained where legally required.

8. Children

The Decision Brief is a business service and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this Service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy when the Service or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised date on this page. For a privacy question or request, use the verified deletion process above or reply to an email sent by FeedMonitor about your request or order.
