LEGAL / DECISION BRIEF
Terms of Service
Effective August 27, 2026
These Terms govern your purchase and use of the FeedMonitor AI SaaS Monetization Decision Brief (the “Service”). By submitting an order or paying for the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What you are buying
The Service is a one-time, customized product-strategy research engagement for an early-stage AI SaaS product. You submit one specific monetization decision. We review the context and public or customer-provided information, examine relevant evidence and comparable cases, and deliver a private PDF Decision Brief by email.
The brief normally includes a decision summary, ranked explanations, comparable and counter-cases, one recommended next action, and a test with success, failure, and stop conditions. It does not include implementation, ongoing consulting, software access, or unlimited revisions.
2. Ordering, payment, and taxes
The pilot price is US$49 for one Decision Brief. This is a one-time purchase with no subscription or recurring charge. Payment is processed through Waffo Pancake, our merchant-of-record payment provider. Waffo may collect billing information and applicable taxes at checkout under its own terms and privacy policy. FeedMonitor does not receive or store your complete card number.
3. Intake and the 72-hour delivery window
The delivery window begins only after both payment and a sufficiently complete intake are received. If important context is missing, we may ask focused follow-up questions; the delivery window begins when the requested information is supplied. The finished PDF is sent to the delivery email used for the order.
If we cannot accept the question or reasonably complete the work, we may decline or cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and a decision that you are authorized to discuss.
- Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, private customer records, trade secrets, or information you do not have the right to share.
- Use public product links where possible and remove personal data from supporting materials.
- Review the brief and make your own business decisions; you remain responsible for implementation and results.
5. Cancellations, refunds, and problems
You may request a full refund before research work begins. Because the Service is customized, a change-of-mind refund is not guaranteed after research begins. If we fail to deliver, or the delivered brief is materially different from the Service described above, reply to your order or delivery email within seven days so we can correct the issue or provide an appropriate refund.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you.
6. Intellectual property and permitted use
You retain ownership of the information you provide. FeedMonitor retains ownership of its research methods, templates, frameworks, and pre-existing materials. After full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered brief for your own internal product and business decisions. You may share it with your team and professional advisers, but you may not resell, publicly publish, or represent the brief or its methodology as your own without written permission.
7. Evidence, judgment, and no guaranteed outcome
The Service is research and product-strategy analysis, not a promise of revenue, conversion, retention, fundraising, or any other commercial result. Sources may be incomplete, change over time, or describe businesses with different conditions. We identify material limits when known, but you are responsible for deciding whether and how to act.
The Service is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, or regulatory advice.
8. Breach, suspension, and termination
If you materially breach these Terms—for example by providing unlawful or unauthorized material, attempting fraud or payment abuse, misusing or reselling the brief, interfering with the Service, or violating another person’s rights—we may refuse or pause the order, suspend delivery, restrict future purchases, or terminate the Service after giving notice when reasonably practicable.
Where the breach causes loss, a chargeback, third-party claim, investigation, or remediation cost, you remain responsible for amounts reasonably resulting from your conduct. A refund may be denied for work already performed or costs already incurred, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These remedies are cumulative and do not limit any other rights available under law.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedMonitor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service or implementation of a recommendation. FeedMonitor’s aggregate liability relating to a Decision Brief will not exceed the amount you paid for that brief. These limits do not apply where applicable law does not permit them.
10. Changes and customer support
We may update these Terms for future orders. The version displayed when you purchase applies to that order. Before purchase, use the customer-support form on the Decision Brief page. After purchase, reply to the order or delivery email sent by FeedMonitor. We aim to respond to ordinary product-support requests within two business days.
Plain-language summary: one $49 customized PDF, no subscription, delivered within 72 hours after payment and complete intake. The brief informs a decision; it does not guarantee a business result.
